A transformative Mini-Retreat for Deep Renewal

Join us for a sacred evening to surrender the old and renew your energy before starting the new year. This retreat is built upon the core components of movement, mindfulness, and community, inviting you to embrace the transformative power of shedding what no longer serves.

We'll start with a cleansing ritual and intention-setting. You'll move through an energizing Pilates Flow & Breathwork session. The journey continues with guided meditation during a sauna and optional cold plunge experience for release and renewal. Deep relaxation occurs during a Grounding Sound Bath with aromatherapy allowing for healing and stillness. We harness this renewed energy in a creative artmaking activity to realign as we close with a heartfelt sharing circle. Enjoy nourishing specialty snacks and drinks throughout the afternoon.
