Dreamers Retreat
A mini-retreat for clarity, creativity & alignment
Join us for an evening evening to connect to your body and dream BIG. This retreat is built upon the core components of movement, mindfulness, and community, with intentions to clear your mind to envision your best life for 2026 and beyond.
We'll start with a cleansing ritual and intention-setting. You'll move through an energizing Somatic Stretches & Breathwork session. The journey continues with guided meditation during a sauna and optional cold plunge experience for release and renewal. Deep relaxation occurs during a Grounding Sound Bath with aromatherapy allowing for healing and stillness. We harness this renewed energy in a creative artmaking activity to realign as we close with a heartfelt sharing circle. Enjoy nourishing specialty snacks and drinks throughout the afternoon.
